Світсистемний аналіз війни: Україна в епоху глобальної турбулентності

Стаття присвячена аналізу трансформації світсистемного становища України в умовах глобальних криз і російсько-української війни. Використовуючи методологію світсистемного аналізу, запропоновану І. Валлерстайном, та її подальші інтерпретації (Дж. Аррігі, С. Амін, Б. Сантуш), автор показує, що Україна з класичної напівпериферії перетворилася на фронтир світової системи – простір, де стикаються і переплітаються економічні, політичні, цивілізаційні та епістемічні вектори. До 2014 року Україна була прикладом "напівпериферійної стабільності", заснованої на сировинній економіці, інституційній фрагментації та олігархічній моделі. Період 2014-2022 років характеризувався амбівалентним рухом: з одного боку, країна прагнула до європеїзації та інституційного зближення з ЄС, з іншого – відтворювала нові форми залежності від міжнародних фінансових інститутів та зовнішніх донорів. Після 2022 року Україна стала фронтиром цивілізаційного конфлікту, одночасно виступаючи ключовим актором європейської безпеки і залишаючись об’єктом міжнародної архітектури допомоги. Особлива увага в статті приділяється культурно-нормативним та епістемічним вимірам. Україна не тільки стає об’єктом західних досліджень, але й виступає суб’єктом виробництва нових концептів, пов’язаних з війною, солідарністю та демократичною стійкістю, що дозволяє трактувати її як "епістемічний фронтир". Таким чином, український кейс виявляє структурну суперечність: країна діє як де-факто елемент ядра, але інституційно залишається на його периферії. У висновку обговорюються три сценарії майбутнього України: "південнокорейський", "ізраїльський" і "латиноамериканський". Ці сценарії фіксують не тільки національні перспективи, але й ширшу кризу світової системи, де розмиваються традиційні межі між ядром, напівпериферією та периферією.
